All accounts registered by Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Conversion rates for alternative currencies, where applicable, are set at my3win2u's sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Transaction Thresholds

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Suspected Fraud

• Bonuses are awarded to new or existing registered players who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the stated duration only. Expired bonuses are removed from account balances automatically.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• my3win2u's game management systems and Random Number Generators (RNGs) are subject to regular third-party auditing. Results produced by certified RNG systems are final.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account balance may be forfeited in full.
